Hooks & Needles: Let’s Talk About Quick Holiday Gifts!
Tuesday, September 10: Fall meet & greet – Come hang out with other crafters. We'll look at some simple knitting and crochet patterns for bread baskets and make our own butter.
Tuesday, October 1: Dyeing with Kool-Aid – We'll use a non-toxic and beginner-friendly method to dye small skeins of wool that can be used as part of a holiday craft.
Tuesday, November 5: Let's talk about quick holiday gifts! Share ideas of quick-to-make gifts with your fellow crafters.
Tuesday, December 3: Let's talk about (more) quick holiday gifts! Share ideas of quick-to-make gifts with your fellow crafters.
Hooks & Needles is an informal gathering of folks who knit, crochet, or participate in other fiber arts. Learn tips and tricks from fellow participants and talk about your latest favorite read during this two-hour drop-in style program. For people new to fiber arts, assistance may vary depending on the craft and skill level of the other attendees.
