Smith Gym Facilities include a Functional Fitness room, Basketball/Volleyball Courts, Cardiovascular Area, Free Weight Room, Stretching Area, Spin Room, Locker Rooms and Showers, Racquetball Courts, Sauna, and Selectorized Equipment Area. Smith Gym Services include Group classes and our very popular Running Club.

Lunchtime Spin Class
Join Smith Gym for the high energy ride of your life. Tackle rolling hills, sprints, jumps, and other drills while you enjoy this great interval workout.
Mondays & Wednesdays (45 minutes): 11:30am - 12:15pm.
Classes cost: $3 per class or $40 (20 classes).

Age Restrictions and Youth Accessibility (MCO 1700.29)
Semper Fit promotes physical activity for individuals of all ages as part of a healthy lifestyle. Research has proven the benefits of exercise to youths including strength training with proper technique and strict supervision. While it is important for families to exercise together, these guidelines with age limitations are established to ensure a safe environment for all fitness center patrons. These guidelines have been developed with the safety of children in mind within the confines of a staffed fitness center.

Basketball Court Shoe Policy
NOTICE: Proper Athletic Shoes (non-marking soled shoes) must be worn on the Basketball Court.
Court Shoes must be carried into the court.
No Street Shoes, Combat Boots, or Shoes that have been worn outside are permitted.
Racquetball Court Shoe Policy

Running & Cycling Club
We're back! Starting Monday, March 13, 2023 at 7:00am.
Track your running or cycling miles to earn great rewards. We will collect weekly mileage totals to run and ride toward great rewards.
