Level Up Life Skills: Cooking & Nutrition, Part of the MCCS Summer Reading Program: Level Up at your Library

Fuel your body the smart way! This session covers simple hot plate recipes, healthy substitutions for energy drinks, and basic nutrition tips that make eating well easy and affordable. This session is perfect for service members living in the barracks, college-bound students, or anyone new to the kitchen. Open to all authorized patrons. Please call to register no later than 24 hours before the class.
