Join the Return & Reunion workshop, which provides families of deployed Sailors with practical tools and strategies to navigate the challenges that can arise during homecoming and reintegration. Learn effective conflict-management approaches, understand common adjustment patterns after deployment, and explore ways to support healthier communication at home.

The session also includes guidance on helping children adjust to a parent’s return, including emotional considerations and age-appropriate reintegration tips. Join us to strengthen your family’s readiness and confidence during this important transition.
