The Respite Care Reimbursement Program is intended to reduce stress on sponsor families by providing temporary rest periods for the primary caregiver(s) who care for those Exceptional Family Members with severe and profound special needs (Level of Need 3 and 4). Reimbursement for respite care is a non-entitlement benefit to be considered as a subsidy for care up to 20 hours per month. Sponsors must submit provider documentation to the Henderson Hall EFMP Program Manager for approval. Please contact us at efmphh@usmc-mccs.org or 703-693-7195 for more information about the program and to see if you are eligible.

If you are having difficulty opening the forms, please email us at efmphh@usmc-mccs.org and we will be more than happy to send you the forms via email. Thank you.
